Sorry about the long wait, i've been a little busy lately:

Relation with the forum's theme : 80%
Coherency of the whole design (between colors, between buttons, between colors and buttons) 80%
Graphic quality : 70%
Accessibility and ergonomy (text legibility, icon sizes, effect on the eyes) : 60%
Customization : 70%

Your forum seemed to fit the image of a gaming forum, most of them I see are actually green and black, so your's is a little different
The whole theme fits together, matching colours etc, except for the colour of the forums themselves- the pitch black looks really out of place.
The graphics were good quality, as I assume you made them?
The accessibility in relation to the forums design is good, but the portal is the main letdown. as on both the Hebrew and English sides, its really squished and odd.
Can I make a suggestion: When a user first gets to the forum, the first thing they see if 3 rows of ads, I know the first row you cannot control as that is forumotion's ads, but the other 2 could perhaps be separated throughout the portal?
The customisation was good, there are a little things I am not sure whether you made yourself or not, but its a good effort!

So if we add all the percentages together, you average was 72%!

About the portal... I can't get the ad code to work, so it looks odd. Google said it'll be fixed in 24 hrs.

Well its mainly the colour of the forums themselves (the boxes where the descriptions are).
